This change activity is motivated by OPE’s International Education program office planning long range and spotting that 3 of their 7 programs that were combined within this package for many years will not be needed for a number of years. Many things may occur from Congress or the Administration before they are resubmitted to OMB years from now. This does save the department noticeable public burden.
