National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is authorized
by 33 U.S.C. 1951 et seq. to conduct this survey. The information
collected will be used by NOAA to prioritize and assess efforts to
reduce marine debris.
Public
reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to
average five minutes per response, including the time for reviewing
instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and
maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the
collection of information. Send comments regarding this burden
estimate or any other suggestions for reducing this burden to Jason

The
questionnaire has an identification number for mailing purposes
