Dear Mr. Karsten:

Thank you for your continued interest in HRSA’s health professions training program performance
data collection. This information collection request is authorized for the sole purpose of performance
budgeting specific to programs within HRSA’s budget. As such, HRSA does not collaborate with
outside agencies in this endeavor as their budget lines are distinct from HRSA’s. HRSA is prohibited
by statute from sharing individual-level performance data to any outside entity including other
government agencies (see 42 USC 292 et seq.). Performance measurement data are publicly
available in aggregate and can be found at https://data.hrsa.gov/topics/health-workforce/trainingprograms. Data collection instruments are also publicly available and can be found at:
https://bhw.hrsa.gov/funding/report-on-your-grant.
