Over the past several years, the Compliance Assurance Process (CAP) community has collaborated with the IRS’s Large Business and International (LB&I) division to improve federal tax compliance of corporate taxpayers. Your CAP account coordinator recently informed you of an upcoming survey to assist LB&I in evaluating the CAP program.


LB&I’s Technology and Program Solutions (TPS) organization manages all external surveys for LB&I.
