Dear CAP Participant,
This is your last chance to participate in an important study on the LB&I Compliance Assurance Process (CAP) program. Your participation is essential to help LB&I improve the CAP process.
Although this survey is voluntary, we hope that you will contribute to this valuable research. Your anonymous response to this 10-minute questionnaire will be shown in aggregate with those of your contemporaries and will be used to affect real change in the CAP program.
