Dear taxpayer,
I need your help to improve our Large Business and International taxpayer services. We're inviting you to participate in the
annual customer survey from Pacific Consulting Group.
Pacific Consulting Group, an independent research company, administers the survey for us under the authority of Internal
Revenue Code (IRC) Sections 7801, 7803(a)(2) and 7805. We authorized them to receive case information and they're
legally compelled to protect it under IRC Section 6103.
Your responses remain anonymous. The IRS has no access to information that can trace a response to an individual or
case number. The research company will:

• send surveys
• collect data
• provide results
Your participation is voluntary, and the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
You'll receive a link to the web survey in an upcoming letter from Pacific Consulting Group, allowing you 10 days to
complete the survey. By completing the survey immediately after you receive it, you’ll help us improve service to every
customer.
You can verify the authenticity of this survey and our contractor, Pacific Consulting Group, at IRS.gov/privacydisclosure/irs-surveys.
If you don't receive a survey next week, or if you have questions, please contact the Survey Center at 866-320-0616.
Note: Please don't send any correspondence in reply to this letter, as it is intended to only notify you of a survey you'll be
receiving from our contractor. You should send any other correspondence to your servicing IRS office.
