Upon completion of the INDOC period at NATTC, all sailors should have received a Resource Kit designed for NATTC sailors. This resource kit included information on civil injunctions (a court order prohibiting contact from an abuser), the CATCH program, SAPR brochures on Pensacola resources, and how to support sexual assault victims. Who is NORC at the University of Chicago?

NORC is a not-for-profit survey and research organization that is working with the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) and the DoD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) to evaluate the Enhanced Assess, Acknowledge, Act (EAAA) resistance program currently being offered at NATTC. Why should I participate?

The benefits to your participation may include better prevention programming and less sexual harassment and sexual assault at NATTC and Navy overall. The feedback provided in this form will be used to better understand the experiences sailors are having within the EAAA training at NATTC and will aid NORC’s evaluation of the EAAA training. Benefits may accrue to NATTC staff, who can use the evaluation results to improve prevention programming efforts to support a safer environment for sailors and staff on base.
