PREIS Final Evaluation Report Template Outreach Email

Greetings PREIS Grantees and Evaluators,

On behalf of FYSB, we are happy to share the PREIS Final Evaluation Report Template (attached).

Please use the template to draft your final evaluation report. The template serves as a guideline for clearly communicating both the evaluation findings and key details about the research methods used to produce the findings. Completing the template will also help the LES team to determine areas where we can provide additional support. This document contains guidance and instructions for what you should include in the different sections of your final evaluation report and how to integrate information from your evaluation plan, including your analysis plan, into the report. Throughout the template we also include relevant expectations from the Standards for Rigor.

Grantees and evaluators, please work with your LES liaisons to develop your final evaluation report and submit a complete final evaluation report draft for formal review by June 1, 2026, to ensure timely approval. Your LES liaisons are available to work with you on thinking through your report, completing sections of the template, and reviewing sections as you draft them. Please plan to use your calls with your liaison to work on your final evaluation reports, and work with your liaison to draft a timeline for review of report sections.
