Welcome to Weeks 2-3 of the diary study. You will have 2 weeks to complete the task(s) below, between the dates of [X/X/XXXX] and [X/X/XXXX]. This week, we would like you to complete the following:

Task 1: Please use these two weeks to collect and save your family history data using the app. You can either put in the family profiles and info yourself, or send a request to other family members using the app. Gather as many family health history profiles as you can to get the most accurate assessment results later on. Please collect history from at least 1-2 family members during this time.
