The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is required to manage commercial, competitive and organized group recreational uses of the public lands, and individual use of special areas. The BLM must assess, evaluate and authorize (permit) activities proposed to be conducted on public land. This request makes minor changes to the Form 2930-1 in order to better align the form with the EXPLORE Act (Public Law 118–234).
